VAC please read it

Hello, dear VAC moderators, I'm sorry that you once blocked me, but I'm asking, or rather, begging you to unblock me. Please, when I received the account ban, it wasn't me playing the game, but my friend, to whom I had left my laptop for a while while I was away on business. VAC moderators, please remove the ban from my account. I really want to play CS2 because it's my favorite game. I'm willing to play it for days on end. I promise that you won't have to block me again. I personally condemn the malicious programs that interfere with other players in this wonderful game, and I will never want to use them. I ask and beg you to remove the block (sorry for the mistakes, I just wrote it all through a translator)

No one here can do anything but tell you your accounts VAC ban remains permanent.

1. Your VAC ban is practically as old as your account. You could have created a new account after noticing this, with virtually no real loss.
OR you lent your friend your laptop and a completely new account almost immediately after creating it.

2. You had over two years to read the VAC ban information.

3. You're suddenly "requesting" the ban to be removed only after more than 800 days.

Considering these three points, your story is very strange.

You've already been told about your ban, and strangely enough, you haven't said a word about your friend or anything like that.

Hello everyone, I would like to ask you to remove the restrictions on my account in the game, as this restriction was issued by mistake in 2019. Please remove the restrictions and allow me to enjoy the new game CS 2!!!!

hijacking someone else's thread for your own ban, is seen as a big no no on steam forums. after 2306 days your vacban is permanent. This is a community only forum and not an appeal forum.
