well you are posting in vac forums which is full of people trying to get their bans removed. Also stop freaking out about the "vac error" or 'global cooldown" you got.

If its a vac error then the message you got, gave you a link to information what gives steps on sorting out the issue on your end, as something on your end will be interfering/stopping vac system. If its a global cooldown then you have to wait it out, as it depends on various factors on why you got a global cooldown

Also FYI, if you read any information especially regarding refunds, then its as follows: steam markets and trades are final, so you can forget about refunds there, refunds for games are you have to play the game less then 2 hours and owned less then 14 days/2 weeks, which i know you are most likely already far over the 14 day period and played more then 2 hours, so you can forget about getting a refund for the game or for prime

Are you using a keyboard that has snap tap.. if so turn it off if you are getting this error in CS2....

If it is not that then you have some background process causing the error...... Only you know whats on your PC/Laptop......

Try turning off any background processes 1 by 1 till you find the cause....
