Hello valve, I want to ask for an amnesty for the ban, as it was not my fault that I got banned. When I sold my computer, I didn't clear the Steam data, which allowed someone I didn't know to play on my account. When I reset the ban, I assumed it was a mistake and that I wasn't at fault. However, after more than half a year, I realized that the ban was not a mistake, and it only recently occurred to me that I had given away my computer along with my Steam account. I ask you to consider my situation and grant me an amnesty.
