banned accounts cannot trade, or rate posts, etc.

the inventory is worthless, the sites offering a real $ value for said items are just going to scam the individual extremely hard. I believe this is why most people who 'get scammed' try to blame steam, but then ultimately never take any legal action, since they're probably not excited to explain what they were doing to get scammed to a judge in the first place 👍
