Steam support will just give the vacban or gameban for cs2 information and tell you to come here to ask questions, or outright ignore you

а если играл в кс го ищо с читами прайм но щас кс 2 забрали прайм и забанили ищо в 2023 году есть возможность розбанится? денег на прайм нету акаунт не мой а друга и он узнал говорит деньги верни а у меня нету денег что делать

The thing is tho they may have shared a phone number I don’t think they did but I have screenshots showing it was a purchase that got me banned

this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum. buying prime does not get an account banned. so like i suggested, either both accounts shared a phone number and the one most likely cheated, which resulted in both accounts getting banned, or both accounts was used to cheat or both accounts was used (played CS2/CSGO) on a machine where the cheats was active

what are you talking about? buying and selling accounts are against steam TOS, which can get the account permanently closed, but if you mean that you played on your friends account and cheated, then that is between you and your friend, as bans will not be removed.
