Appeal for VAC Ban Reconsideration After 7 Years
Dear Steam Support,

I am writing to kindly request a review of a VAC ban issued on my Steam account approximately seven years ago.

I would like to clarify that this account originally belonged to my older brother, and the VAC ban was issued during the period when he was the primary user. Since then, I have become the sole owner and user of this account. I have learned from the mistakes made in the past and have always followed the rules and guidelines of the Steam platform.

I fully understand the importance of maintaining a fair gaming environment and I respect Valve’s efforts to do so. However, as it has been many years and the circumstances of account ownership have changed, I would be truly grateful if the ban could be reconsidered or at least if I could be granted access to VAC-secured servers again.

Gifting accounts is not allowed…. So you want account termination instead?

You can only shake your head at this.

1. After the last topic, you supposedly learned that the ban is permanent and have already forgotten it?
2. So you admit that cheats were used on the account and now you believe that the rules for VAC bans don't apply to you?
3. You admit that you aren't the one who created the account, which is why Valve shuts down the entire account.

Making so many big mistakes at once is anything but a positive achievement :steamfacepalm:
