What kind of strange statement is that? You "believe" the account was hacked?
After more than 600 days, you'll probably know whether someone else had access to your account or not.

But it doesn't matter whether your story is true, because it doesn't matter who used the cheats either.
Therefore, the ban is correct and permanent.

The account cheated or some sort of sharing has occurred. VAC bans are permanent.

The account cheated sometime in the past, either it was you, or someone else using your account.

If it was the latter, I strongly advise securing your account.
