Hey, you don't have VAC ban on your account, maybe some kind of error in the game related to VAC or temprorary block, which is not related to this forum.

Also by your description you will get a Global Ban. This is not VAC don't worry, after some time passes it will be removed. Next time don't play with random teammates. I also got this kind of ban while playing with randoms, just be careful next time. It only works if you play with them in team before game. Like in a lobby with them. If you will play with cheater without this lobby you won't get banned. Good luck!

its the way it is because of people trying to abuse the system and cheat. if you join as a group, you are responsible for who you join with.

you have a global cooldown. its not permanent, so wait it out.

be glad its a cooldown, and not a vacban or gameban.
