If you used a skin changer, chances are that it modified core files. VAC bans for that since that is what many cheats do.

That ban is not going anywhere.

you on the other hand, hijacking/derailing someone else thread for your own ban is seen as a no no on forums. gamebans for CS2 can be given for one of a few things and its permanent, so you are pretty much already lying about being an honest player
