My account was stolen a few years ago, and I was only able to recover it now. I see that my account has a VAC, and I need help.

Nobody can help you. Your VAC is permanent. Doesn't matter who was using the account at the time. Account cheated = account banned.

is that the best story you can come up with. After 2246 days that ban cannot be appealed and its permanent.

This stuff used to be believable
