WHY?!

Hello everyone, is it possible to appeal somehow the vac ban on a new account, if I was given it for free? I am 100 percent sure that only I played on the account, cheats were not used on the account and were not friended, skinchanger was not used either, I think on the anti-cheat faceit, only it was friended at the time of the vac ban, I wrote a letter to steam support, explained everything clearly and distinctly, I can not understand why they ban 2 accounts like this, although I am sure cheats and something else were not used on both accounts, what do you think about this?

No you cannot appeal vac bans and steam support cannot remove them.

bans cannot be appealed. If its incorrect, and i do mean "IF", then it will be automatically removed within couple hours to a month or two. But if two accounts are banned at the same either its is sharing phone number and one account was caught cheating or both accounts was used to cheat

using a cheat is not required for a vac ban. a vac ban is issued if a cheat is DETECTED while the account is connected to a vac server. anything that tampers with protected game files is a cheat. it does not have to give an advantage (skin changers are cheats).

you are responsible for what is on the computer(s) your account(s) use while connected to a vac server.

It wouldn't do you any good at all, support can't remove a VAC ban or game ban.

all VAC bans come from the detection of a known cheat, whether it is used on the account itself or some sort of sharing has occurred (account, library or phone number).

Users are responsible for the security of the account and all that happens on it

i ve never understood why people still claim that "VAC banned them by mistake"
WAKEUP if VAC "accidentally" bans your account then the lock will be lifted after some time
if the lock is not lifted, it means that cheat's were used 100% on the account

IF you had a vac ban then there is nothing you can do. IF the ban is indeed incorrect then it will be automatically removed after a certain amount of time.
luckily you do not have a vac ban, so game safely and stay away from cheats/skin-changers/phishing schemes/skin trading sites/warez/public computers.
