It is said that I used anti-cheat in the game, but I did not use it. I downloaded CS from a site I do not know before. Everything was open in the game, including skins, so I deleted it immediately. You can look at my career history. I did not use any cheats on Steam. Can you help me please?

You're not VAC banned.

Take 2 seconds and look at your profile. There is no red text anywhere that says ban.

no ban showing. did you get a Vac error message or a global cooldown? also downloading CS from another site and not through Steam, is asking for trouble

it is always a very good idea to read what the message says before you think you got a permanent ban. permanent bans will show on your profile in red on the right side
