you have a gameban and not a vacban. if its for CS2 then it can be given for one of a few things and its permanent

not sure what you going on about. Trolling can get you can a community ban. As per your profile, you have a gameban. so i take it, the gameban is for cs2, doesn't matter what it says in game, only thing what matter is what it says on your profile, see the link i provided in first post for gameban cs2

The only time people will be unbanned is when they are innocent and yes it happens, however it's very rare
