Volvi a recuperar esta cuenta hace 2 días y no sabía que estaba haciendo con dicha cuenta, y mucho menos que estaban chiteando, quería pedir si se podría sacar el ban

We heard it all before, you bought a banned account and are now wasting everybody's time trying to appeal the ban.
here's the bad news (for you) Valve does not take appeals. the ban is permanent no matter what lies you tell us.

Hope you didn't pay too much for it.
