Dota 2 VAC could not verfiy bug
I have no VAC Bans, I've reinstalled, deleted Dota 2 beta and it doesn't matter what I do, it don't work. The only thing I can think of is it getting tripped up by ProtonVPN when I start my PC up.I will admit my behaviour score is abysmal, but that heavily fluctuates to to my game crashing.

Other than point you to the pinned topic regarding vac errors there's not much we can do for you.
I mean, does it happen if you turn off your vpn? i dunno.

OK so, I've done everything in the pinned thread except run in default boot mode, which I do anyway. Also I've downloaded and re-downloaded Dota without a VPN multiple times and I get into my low prio draft before it says it can't verify my VAC status. So beyond that, can I e-mail someone about this who works on Dota?

Well, Dota 2 belongs to Valve, so you could submit a ticket to Steam Support.
But that won't help you. After all, there's a pinned topic on this issue, and if you wrote to Support, they would almost certainly just give you the same guide.

You could try asking in the Dota 2 forum; maybe another user there has an idea.
