I got banned from the game I downloaded for the first time

How can I be VAC banned in a game I only played for 90 minutes? I haven't even cursed anyone. Look at the games on my account. I only play Diablo. Please check my logs. I didn't cheat and didn't even encounter anyone in the game. I spent 40 minutes out of 90 minutes adjusting the graphics settings. How is this possible? It must be a mistake. I've emailed them everywhere but they haven't responded. They can remove the game from my account. I just don't want a red VAC ban on my account. I'm willing to pay them 10,000 dollars if they prove I cheated or did something wrong.

No one here works for Valve. And no one here can see your account, because you made it pirvate.
Getting a GAME ban in 90 minutes would be a speedrun though.

First , you dont have VAC , its game ban which doesnt have to be for cheating (smurfing,griefing etc...)
Second its almost year old now , if the ban wasnt correct , it would been lifted long time ago

you have a gameban, depending on the game, can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. FYI this is a communityo nly forum and not an appeal forum. Steam support will just give you the information for your gameban
