All vac bans are permanent and cannot be appealed against, who used the account to cheat makes no difference, you are solely responsible for your accounts security and all activity on it

no support here. your excuse was used countless times already, so nobody believes it. Irrelevant who used the account, vacban is for cheating and your account was caught out. vacbans are permanent. If it was incorrect then it would have been removed long time ago automatically.
