you have a gameban and not a vacban. Gamebans for CS2 can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. Also your account security is your responsibility, so irrelevant who used the account, ban is permanent. FYI this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum

the account owner is responsible for all actions taken with the account, whether in his control or not.

since the user says 'some guy was cheating' then we know the ban will be permanent, and is correct in its placement.

Deleting your name history will not remove the ban. It just solidifies the fact that your guilty.

Bro, since I bought prime it was the best moment of my life to be able to do it. I never cheated in the game because I didn't care. And now they hacked me, I didn't delete my name and I didn't change it, when I got the "Game ban" everything changed since then, when they hacked my Steam then my Discord and sent the same picture to everyone. (I'll send it later) When I performed, I got a Game ban and I didn't know about anything, I had nothing to do with it and yet I'm the one to blame...

Steam accounts have never been "hacked", only hijacked through social engineering. Why spend the time and trouble to "hack" an account when there are many people that willingly give out their account information for greed. We see it every single day and there is always another user that thinks they know it all but actually have zero clue and end up giving out all their account credentials to the hijacker.

You logged to scamm site which than hijacked your account , you even had steam nicks containing urls to them. There is nothing you can do , only to create new acc

You know what, you can relive the best time of your life again when you start a new account and put prime on it.

And stay away from skin trading sites

That's not true and you know it, your carelessness led to cheaters being able to use your account.
if you had not visited those skin trading sites then hijackers would not have been able to use your account to ruin people's games.
You are 100% responsible for what happened. yes you did not cheat, but you supplied them with the means.
