Vac anti cheat
I m banned and I don't have cheat and something like I m cheating and I m play another account with cheat he banned and I m not cheating

Please educate yourself on the difference between a bans errors and cooldowns.

1) and why don't you write with the other account?
2) I doubt you're telling the truth that you didn't cheat, many cheaters claim to be honest and there's a Steam user who verifies players to make sure they're telling the truth and then it's the opposite.
3)Since you have a second account, try playing again, but I suggest that to avoid getting banned again, you avoid doing what only you know what you did.
