Cooldowns are not bans. And I am not sure what response you expect from an user forum. No one here can assist you. And no one (including support) can remove or shorten cooldowns.

difference between ban and a global cooldown. bans are permanent and will show on your profile. global cooldown is just that, a cooldown. You got a cooldown.

Also FYI any ban or cooldown given, cannot be removed or reduced. one last thing, this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum, so wait the cooldown out, as its not permanent

you going to wait forever for a response from Valve as this is a community only forum. Also you don't have a ban but a global cooldown. Bans is permanent and will show in red on the right side of your profile

Kicking too many teammates

We have a number of systems in place to ensure these types of cooldowns are issued correctly, and if you find yourself playing with abusive teammates we suggest reporting them in-game instead; calling votes to kick a teammate should only be done in extreme circumstances.

So after some time the cooldown is automatically removed from the account?
