Have you tried clicking on that info button next to the ban notice on your profile?
"Behavior by your account generated reports by fellow players. Overwatch investigators then viewed the gameplay footage and determined that external software was used to gain aim, vision, or other unfair assistance and that a permanent ban was appropriate." that sounds funny as hell, but that's the reason they gave me, without any evidence when i asked
by making a new account and moving on. Valve does not take any appeals for any reason and won't disclose the what and when for your ban.
There is no such thing as 'Game ban for no reason'. As the other poster above said, don't waste your time contacting support, it's pointless. Just make a new account and move on.
That doesn't answer my question. Did you click on the info button?
I found the reason..........

I love locked threads. Then you can't change you story and the truth is now known.
