You've a game ban. This may be for variety of reasons - including cheating, griefing etc.

you don't have a vacban but a gameban. you could have clicked on the "info" button next to the button, which would have given you the same info what we will give you. If its for CS2 then it can be given for one of a few things and its permanent. FYI this is a community only forum and not an appeal forum
