Hello, Steam Support Team,

I recently received a VAC ban on my account while playing Counter-Strike 2. I believe this ban was applied by mistake, as I have never used cheats, third-party software, or anything that could violate the rules.

Please review my case. I would greatly appreciate it if you could check the logs and confirm that this was an error. I have always played fairly and value my account.

There is no permanent ban visible on your account, neither game or VAC ban.

Read the in-game message carefully and maybe post what it says.
