Hello what happen with my account
i need help someone message me with chines name and i said ♥♥♥♥ you dose'n't know its a really staff member help me i think its was a scammer

You are not banned. You are being scammed.

Your account is compromised! Do not trade any items!

secure your account:

1. Scan for malware
2. Check that the email and phone number on the Steam account are still yours.
3. Deauthorize all other devices https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
4. Change passwords from a trusted/clean device.
5. Generate new backup codes for your Mobile App https://steamhost.cn/twofactor/manage
6. Revoke the API key https://steamhost.cn/steamcommunity_com/dev/apikey (the domain field should be blank)

If you have already traded any items, report the account that received them. They will not be returned.

Steam support will never message you outside the support ticket system, this includes steam chat or any 3rd party service like discord.
