Have a nice read....

Read the information in the link that d3str0y3r kindly provided you. External programs are not required to earn a game ban
You do know public computers can have all kinds of stuff installed on them....
Also please read.... cheating is NOT required to get a GAME ban.
-Toxic
-Scam
-Copyright
-Refund abuse
-Market and trading abuse
-Distributing malware
-Using VPNs to bypass region restrictions
-Violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA)
-Involvement in illegal services
-interfering with gameplay, rank manipulation, botting, griefing
-Family Sharing : If you share your library and the other user cheats, your account may also receive a ban.
*In short: A game ban on Steam isn’t only about cheating. It can also result from scams, toxic behavior, refund abuse, market manipulation, malware, or violating the SSA.
Please provide correct info... half of your list has nothing to do with getting a GAME ban in cs2.

Why are game bans issued?
Game bans in Counter-Strike 2 are issued when a player attempts to circumvent or interfere with game systems to the detriment of others.
Examples include:
Cheating.
Manipulation of matchmaking rank by deranking or falsely increasing your Skill Group or Counter-Strike Rating.
Botting and/or automation.
Intentionally interfering with the normal operation of game servers or other players.
Game Bans for all of the above are not removed by Steam Support.
The following have NOTHING to do with getting a game ban in cs2
-Scam
-Copyright
-Refund abuse
-Market and trading abuse
-Distributing malware
-Using VPNs to bypass region restrictions
-Violating the Steam Subscriber Agreement (SSA) (Unless it was cheating, then yes it would be a game or VAC ban]
Nothing you say changes the answer.
Counter-Strike 2 game bans are permanent, non-negotiable, and cannot be removed by Steam Support or by anyone else.
This is not an appeal forum and you cannot appeal the ban.
