Dev Eldar Testing

For all those who have joined the steam group, and show an interest in the mod, I have decided to upload the DEV ELDAR content for you guys to use. It has ENHANCED Eldar infantry, and a falcon. The falcon is very work in progress, but it shouldn't cause any serious errors. I would like you to test these out for me and report errors/bugs, as well as give your opinion on the new stuff.
