Before I begin, this isn't me asking to become a mod or bringing down current mods. However, some mods are either inexperienced, and I believe that the time it takes to become a mod isn't a good method to choosing one. If you're going to have a time-based method of choosing mods, you may as well switch it to donation only, which has even less of a chance of trolls donating only to 'have fun.' Yes, I realize that someone who's looking to troll wouldn't stay the amount of time required, but a couple of the mods do troll quite a bit. I've seen some who don't do much or don't have the nerves required to handle people, so they come across as a pushover, and thus nobody listens to them.

Because of this, players spawning larger props, etc, causes the server to lag and often everyone loses connection. Nine out of ten times that I come on to this server, there are mass spawn killings, albeit with giant automatic props that kill you without time to !god yourself. It's been down more than it's been up because of the amount of lag. Moderators are also using their powers to spawn larger props, which is one of the reasons why there's a lot of lag.

There's a difference between fun and chaos.

I'd also like to note that while I've only been on the server for roughly eleven hours, I've seen all of this in the matter of days.
