Failed to activate BleST 3.1.1 on Blender 2.79b
After install BleST 3.1.1 in to Blender 2.79b (from Preferences, Install Add-On from file... button), when try to activate it i take error:

Blender 2.79 requires BleST 2.10.2 to work. 3.1.1 is for 2.80 and above.

2.10.2 can be gotten here.

Shame on me! In my mind I round 2.79 as equal 2.8 :-)
