DMX export fails to skin model (2.80 RC3)
When exporting an animated model to DMX, the mesh itself and the armature get exported, but no rigging data seems to be included, and the mesh does not react to animations even though the bones move properly. Importing the DMX file to blender again shows vertex groups being absent on the mesh.

I've tested it with several meshes that worked correctly in the past. Exporting to SMD works correctly.

Using a clean install of Blender 2.80 RC3 and an up-to-date version of the tools downloaded from the GitHub master branch.

If you could have reported this at a time earlier than one hour before the release of Blender 2.80 that would have been great. Please upload your blend file and I'll take a look.

I tracked it down to the edge split modifier on the model. Applying/removing/disabling that fixes the issue.
