[FIXED] Some L4D2 DMX files are not importing fully
Windows 7 64-bit
Blender 2.71
BleST 2.2.1

Problem:
No mesh shown after importing a DMX that should have a mesh.

Expected:
A mesh should be shown after importing the DMX.

Steps taken:
Imported some DMX files from the L4D2 Starter Kits.

3 files that showed attachments and bones, but no mesh:
"Guns\Ak47\models\v_models\Compiling Files\dmx\v_rifle_AK47.dmx"
"Guns\Autoshot\models\v_models\Compiling Files\dmx\v_autoshotgun.dmx"
"Guns\Chrome_Shotgun\models\v_models\Compiling Files\dmx\shotgun_chrome_ref.dmx"

Counter-example that showed a mesh as expected:
"Survivors\L4D2\Nick\models\survivors\Compiling Files\dmx\gambler_model_merged.dmx"

[Edit: All view model reference mesh DMX files (each in a "dmx" folder, not the "dmx\animation" folder) in the Guns folder-tree, except "Sniper_Hunting", do *not* show a mesh.]

Fixed in 2.3. I've also added support for bone parents in DMX, which I didn't realise was possible until I saw those files.
