Where Is The Flex Properties Panel?
Hello, I am reading a tutorial that says

" Select your character’s absolute head mesh and in the Blender SourceTools’ Source Engine Exportables panel, switch the Flex Properties to Advanced. Select your controller block file as the Controller source. "

I tried to followt his, but I do not see a "Flex Properties" option or area as shown here http://imgur.com/a/wABj5


What could the issue be?

You need at least add some shape keys, then select your mesh with shapes on Source Exportables. Then it will appear.

Figured out what the problem was. It was a dumb mistake. I had it set to SMD instead of DMX

Well..no.

Say I had a flex for eye or mouth movement, importing it into Blender just discarded those flex animations.

The flexes are recognised in Blender but not animated if you import a .dmx that has those flexes animated.
