Bone Count is different when compiling.
When I export the model using .smd export, It gives me a 140 bone warning, but when I compile with crowbar, it compiles fine.

I have two screenshots, the system console from blender here[drive.google.com] and this one from hlmv here[drive.google.com]

What is happening to the model??

The exporter is probably exporting every single bone you have in the armature. The model compiler is probably removing bones that are not assigned/weighted to any vertices.

Also when I exported another model, the console said exported 126, but compiler says 127 bones. So, what happened?

An extra bone is added to carry unweighted vertices. Without it your animation would look different once compiled.

Ok, when you said that the compiler removes bones that are not weighted to verticies, it's not the case. I tried to remove the vertex group for that certain bone, but still does not work.

What "does not work"?

Nevermind, I found the bones that had 0 weights to any of the bodygroups.
