Custom Models weight rigging seems a tiny bit broken around the legs
I'm currently custom weight rigging a model and I need help with it's weight paint rigging.
I tried my best to rig the model with 3 Vertex Group limit (Or was it 2? I don't know) but here's the result:
How it looks like in Blender:

How it looks like in SFM:

I did edit the studiomdl.exe for the weight link cull to be set at "0.00" instead of "0.05", which works fine with another custom model I made, and I did made a backup of the original "bin" before editing it.

I can provide the .blend if anyone wants to try out the model in Blender/SFM (Im using Blender 2.79b for the .blend file, I did test this with Blender 2.81 with the latest version of Source Tools and I got the same issue).

EDIT: I also tested with .dmx and .smd and still got the same issues.

Culling the weight killed some of the influences that bones over the count of 3 had on those vertexes. (Blender is really bad at controlling this imo). On compile the model now only has 3 (max) bones influencing them.

The best thing to do is decompile your SFM model and load it into Blender (make sure weight limits are set to 3). Take the model into edit mode and select one of the vertexes that are really bugged out. Press N to open the transform window, select Item, and at the bottom of the values you should see the Vertex groups/bones that are influencing that vertex. Then decide what you have to do in order to fix the weight painting (change the influences of the bones, add or delete bone influences (to a max of 3 bones), etc).
