Bone Messed up while compiled with ValveBiped Bones
i donwloaded a model from Models Resource with .SMD File and when i compiled the model, i looked up to HLMV and The Spine, The Head and The Arms are broken. Can everyone fix this problem?

Bones orientations must be same if willing to use existing animations
