My Weight Link Cull Threshold slider is missing

This keeps happening from time to time, idk how to fix it. It just disappears and appears whenever it feels like it.

Alright, so like for example, I closed my blender for a few hours and when I opened blender again the slider was back: https://imgur.com/a/2ZX0xll I have literally no idea why it's doing that
