How to assign smoothing groups in Blender for distinct prop hitboxes?
So, before I used Blender I was using Milkshape, and in Milkshape you could assign models to specific smoothing groups, which was useful in prop physics as it made it so I could have distinct hitboxes without the usual melting into a sludge ball of polygons that I usually get from exporting hitboxes, I've been using Blender for a while now but have been unable to find out how to assign smoothing groups in it to prevent my hitboxes from doing that melting thing.

Not hitboxes, physics mesh.

There are no smoothing groups. Instead, an edge is marked as sharped.

For physics mesh, set smoothing to smooth.
