Importing f_anm.mdl 's smd animations results in static t-posing even though keyframes are visible.
Been trying to import the animations that are shared between female playermodels for a while now, mainly for adjustments for a small playermodel I'm working on, such as attempting to lift the sitting animations so they don't show her sunken in a chair.

I've tried, with no avail to get the animations working. Whenever I import them, whether standalone or validating to my model, the animations will always be t-posing no matter what. In the Action Editor, it shows the keyframes, but when played, the skeleton remains motionless. I've tried simply mounting the animation to a default half-life 2 female model (female_01.mdl), to the exact same story. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Legit its probably some godforsaken little checkbox making all this happen lmao but this pesky problem has been driving me insane.
