Bonemerge in Blender
I saw a topic similar to this but it doesn't help me at all. I have two scout cosmetics that in theory have identical bones.

But one of them spawns higher and more forwards than the other. As a result, I cannot get them to spawn perfectly 1:1.

Can I make them do this as if they were bonemerged onto a scout like in SFM/Gmod/TF2?

EDIT: workaround for the time being - If both already have the same exact skeleton, just copy the ref.smd/dmx from either model to the other. They will now spawn in the exact same place. Although this only works in layout mode, they still separate in modeling.

I now also need to know if you can merge two meshes and have one skeleton move both perfectly. As it stands one moves as it should, and the other is very very offset and stretches like all hell.

Solution: My fingers legitimately on pure accident brought up the apply pose as rest pose menu. I clicked to do so, and that makes this whole ♥♥♥♥ fest work perfectly.
