Export DMX in a wrong scale - model too small

I import vmdl_c file to Blender and export it as dmx or smd. When I load it in ModelDoc it displays the model in a completely wrong scale - too tiny. How to change the scale of a model?

If you have a smd file of a TF2 character.you can try and use it as a reference scale
If not.try adding $scale to the QC(1 to be short.2 to be In the middle. Or 3 if wanted to be large)
