Video Tutorial plz?
Is there anyway someone can post a video tutorial on how to use this? I attempted to follow the wiki but failed. anyway someone can post a tut?

Look for general Blender/Source tutorials. They'll cover the Source Tools.

What are you having trouble with specifically?

every video i am finding uses other scripts besides this one. or are outdated for pre 2.5 blender.

Try searching for instructions on the Blender SMD Tools, as the Blender Source Tools were previously called that.
