You need to pass parent bones's animations to a childs's bones and then remove the needs's bones.

Choose Binary 9 and Model 22 in Properties of DVX

Try to set all transforms of skeleton in Object Mode to "0" by press Ctrl+A and select one by one all from list. And then do your export FBX!
