Hi. I need help with bones placement of foots and hands.
(Maybe it's not on the topic of Blender Source Tools, but maybe there are people here who know how to solve it)

I wanted to port model and came across fact that model hover above ground and that weapons don't correspond to positions of hands. As I understand it, the problem with "ValveBiped.Bip01_Foot" and "ValveBiped.Bip01_Hand" bones: "ValveBiped.Bip01_Foot" location is lower than it should be, and "ValveBiped.Bip01_Hand" has short joints with finger bones (Model hand is small itself).

I tried to put them in the right positions, but this usually leads to a change and damage to model. Are there any ways to fix this without changing position of bones in model?

Hi. I recently started learning work of exporting to source.

I have model consisting of several meshes, each with shared keys, and they have shared key that performs a similar action. For example: body with key that change size of body, and clothes with key that adjust to body size.

And instead of making flex for each model, is it possible to make general flex controller, such as driver for linking shared keys in blender? If it is possible, could you tell how to do it?
