I guest BleST simply doesn't support compiling models. That GoldSrc thing was added just because one guy contributed the feature for his needs.

I suggest just drag'n'drop qc file into studiomdl.exe for goldsrc

Vta is exported when you set smd instead dmx. dmx already includes these flexes.

You will also get ERROR: z:\tmp\letspretendididntseeit\qc.qc(73): - can't find eyeball texture "eyeball_r" on model further. Solution:

Leave only one $model. AFAIK only one allowed.
Group various objects, including eyeballs. Source Exporter will export them united as one dmx.

Because that's how it does work in Source.
If it's not ragdoll, assign all vertices of collision mesh to Base bone vertex group. Or parent collision object to base bone. In both cases apply transforms of that collision mesh. Re-export.
