IK only works for connected chains. The addon imports them unconnected, so you have to find workarounds.

Re-do collision mesh.

Might want to comment out $definebone lines. Also check that all scene objects have transforms applied in object mode.

And how to do it?

select mesh object
switch to Modifiers Properties (has wrench logo)
Add Modifier -- Armature. Target to Armature object. Do not apply.

Should be able to export mesh with skeleton.
