Pte Jack you greatly helped me creating this model. Thank you very much for your efforts and sorry for reporting a bug that didn't existed. In addition to your instruction I had to create blank animation (even static models need those in GoldSrc) also do some tweaks with texture and it finally works!

If this will work you are probably one of most helpful person in community! Unfortunately I have to go I'll check this later and tell you about the results.

Tried, still the same error. Any specific settings for this modifier? And hiow exactly can I assign mesh to the bone? Normally by parenting them?

Oh.. There must be something wrong then. I did everything you posted. I'll try again.
Edit: added bone, added vertex group, named it as the bone and exported. The smd is generated, this time is 0kb file so I guess it's wrong.

Is armature required for static props? I have no amarture attached to model. Unfortunately I don't know yet how to add any.

Goldsrc game. I added screen of configuration to previous link.

Reseting settings multiple times and still doesn't work. Source export works fine. Clicking on "Launch HLMV" gives similar error.

My export settings may not be correct, I coulnd't find any help about GoldSrc export though.
