Sven Gauntlet and Back distorcion
Hi, I read a topic like that, but I did not understand how to solve the problem, so I'm here. =)

Today I finished my set of Sven modeling in Blender, there seemed to be all right, but when put in dota, the hand was distorted, and the "back" I do not comment on.

I found this image, which shows the same problem. http://imgur.com/tzIob8r.

This is my Gaunglet, look the fingers.....http://imageshack.us/scaled/landing/14/bqce.png

If anyone has the right scheme of nomenclature of bones, thank you very much, for this model to download, it did not help me.

Did you use the model that valve supplied in the technical requirements page? It might be that the model is bugged and that you have to decompile the sven model yourself to get the correct bone rig. Wyk explains how to decompile a model here: http://wyksblog.com/getting-started-dota-2-cosmetics/

THANK YOU! The fight was hard, but I managed to fix the set.
I'm doing a presentation and then place it in the workshop

This is a test video. (Full HD) Tell me what you think (You = All members)

This set is incredible! I like it very much (especially the shoulder piece). Personally I think the helmet's shape is perfect, however, the facial features seem flat. It's not a huge issue, but it could be modified if you wished.

What ended up being the fix for your guanlets?

Thank you, I really need this kind of thing =).

About the problems..... well, the BIG problem are the different size of the original model, to the model what I was working (bigger than original). Than the bones are smaller, and that shit happens.

About the Helm, this is the real model, but I don't know what do to improve the face shape.

The illumination of the game don't help this little detail, then I think I need change texture to show this details.
What you think?

Imageshack is spamming me with terrible advertisements. Might I suggest using http://imgur.com/ as a preferred image hosting site?

imgur is amazing... it even allows you to upload images directly from your clipboard (i.e. if you printscreen > go to imgur.com > press "ctrl+v" > it will upload your picture directly. Very handy!)

Sorry, I don't know that.

Now tell me what you think I can do to contrast this details =).

PS: The Shoulder Piece in there are divided in two pieces, shoulder and back. Now it's easy to see right? The polygon count is not allowed me to do the two in a single piece as I wanted.

I think the helmet looks way cooler out-of-game. It may have to do with the shading settings. Try fiddling around with your _mask textures to get the shading how you want it.
