Im making new model for Eyelander but i ran in to problems, im newbie with blender. But anyway, when i try to get the model to working in tf2, it always goes wrong way around, i've done 1 remodel before but i didnt ran to this problem with kukri, but i just cant get it right way, i cant even change it what way it is its just there i have tried rotating the weapon_bone but no results, i have tried moving it around and it did move the weapon to different positon, like i move'd it to the blade, its just going through the hand, and its still same way as it was before,
please help.

Is the issue that the model is rotated weirdly? You can try to start a fresh scene, import a fresh rig (weapon_bone), import your model and try again. It might just be that you accidentally rotated the bo

You could also try resetting the rotation/scale/location of the model from object mode (select your model, press ctrl+a, select rotation and repeat for location/scale).
ok i'll try that, but one thing is kinda weird i did start fresh scene with fresh rig, oh and btw do i when i make the weapon so that the rig with weapon_bone is parenting, does the placement matter, i mean doest matter where the rig is and the sword, or can i just put it on default, and does the sword rotation matter, or just the rig?

The bones (rig) definitely matter. The orientation of the bones corresponds to the oritentation of the character in-game. Anything you model will be oriented to how the bones are oriented.
