Go onto Youtube, it's literally the most easiest things to do, if you can't do E2, then just use Thrusters, it's a matter of just axising the bogeys onto the train, then putting thrusters on it, then putting a chair in the cab, welding it on and such then you can go

The reason why a Model Pack would be better is because it would cut development times down, and/or make an entire model pack in the same duration of time (That would be a big model pack of course), so the Model pack sounds like a good alternative
