failed trade please help
so i ordered a crimson web deagle for 270 points and when i went to accept trade offer i say it said restricted gun and i thought it might be a workshop gun or something (wich i realized was nothing so that was a big fail) so then i sent a counter offer because i couldnt figure out how to cancel the trade, then the bot declined my counter offer and never sent a new one and then took my points off the website. i hope you guys can look into it and see im telling the truth so i can get my skin that i worked for.

update- i earned anough points to get another one but i would still like my lost points from this one back

update- now its saying this----- Steam error: link22eragon is not available to trade. More information will be shown to link22eragon if they invite you to trade.

Hey link, I need a screenshot of the trade so we can find it and add your credits back. This is a security measure due to people attempting to trade bot offers.

As for the Steam message you are getting now, it is usually caused by a Steam Trade Ban on your account. There is nothing we can do about that from our end as it is an issue on your Steam account.

yea i found out its because i canceled a trade so i got a cooldown i will send screenshots in a bit
