Didn't get my coins
I've read the FAQ.

Below are two screenshots. One of the credits that I should've gotten, showing that it has confirmed that I have completed the offer and the second is what I've withdrawn with my points.

Please help. I already lost 6 credits from the videos not giving me them but I just lost 100 credits and I am not happy about this

Hey MrMG, we have an e-mail from the company showing 2 offers that have not credited for you from the site. One is for 3.2 credits, the other is for 160 credits. This means the offer was completed successfully and it is simply a communication issue from the provider. Any time this issue has occurred, they try again within 24 hours. It will be updated soon.

I'll just wait for them to come through and do some more offers in the meantime.

It seems like I still haven't gotten the credits.

I did an offer that offered 260 credits and it gave me those. It's been over 24 hours and still nothing

We have no current offers showing errors from the provider. If you click on the 'Missing Credits?' button, there should be a way to contact them regarding the issue. The only thing I am showing here is that same offer completed on the 12th.

You stated above that there was a communication problem with the provider.

It shows that I have completed the offers successfully but have not redeemed the credits.

Hey MrMG, I've reviewed the info again, and I'm not sure where the problem is on their end. It looks like there was another 160 credit offer you completed of the same thing on the 12th, but we have an email for the 160 offer on the 18th as well.

I've added 160 credits to your account for this one. If your account credits later for the offer, please let me know. You can keep the credits either way, but the info will be helpful for any future incidents.

I've noticed that this has happened for a few users and although it is an inconvenience, this site is still the best and I will continue using it no matter what.
